The race was so amazing and the wine festival after was the perfect cherry on top! Never felt too crowded and there were tons of food options! Truly was the best way to wind down from a half! Thank you so much to the organizers and volunteers for this race! It was SPECTACULAR!

One of the most scenic races I know of, great aide stations, plenty of hydration on the course, love the entertainment on the course at the distillery. Love the energy at the finish line, the after festival is amazing. Other races don’t compare!!

Do not sleep on this race. Yes the hype is worth it. Wine along the course is fun, but even beyond that it is incredibly beautiful, the rolling hills make for an easy run, and the support at the end is stellar! Once you finish, the wine festival in Sonoma is a total blast with runners and non-runners enjoying the wine and sunshine. Book your hotel far in advance but definitely worth the planning!

Truly one of those ‘bucket list’ races. Thanks to the awesome pre and post race activities.

Do you like to run? Do you like wine? What a great combination to lump them into one vacation. Great organization and in most years, great weather.

I don’t think I could say enough positive things about this race. I did the “Wine Pairing” which was the Rose 5k on Saturday and the Half on Sunday. Packet pick-up before the 5k was beyond easy and took less than 5 minutes. Parking in Sonoma plaza was a breeze. The starting area was spacious for all of us and we started right on time. The 5k was well marked and a beautiful tour of the neighborhood around Sonoma Plaza.

Participants can complete our unique challenge, “The Course Pairing”, by running both the Rosé 5K on Saturday and the Half Marathon on Sunday. Make the most of your time in wine country by running in both races and enjoy the charm of Sonoma during the Rosé 5K and the sweeping views of wine country as you make your way from Napa to the half marathon finish in Sonoma Plaza.

“Pairing” participants enjoy the perks of both races and will also receive a special, commemorative gift when they complete the half marathon on Sunday!
