All Rosé 5K participants can pick up their race bib on race morning prior to the race. Participants will pick-up their event shirt and race tote bag after completing their race.

All Half Marathon participants are required to pick up their race packets at the Race Expo, which is free and open to the public. Participants will pick-up their race bib, event shirt, race tote bag, and other goodies.

Located at Cornerstone Sonoma’s “The Studio” located just past Folktable Restaurant (23570 Arnold Dr, Sonoma, CA 95476).

Show your bib at the Meadowcroft tasting room on-site at Cornerstone on Friday and receive a complimentary pour of wine in a logoed Govino recyclable wine tumbler. You can also take advantage of Meadowcroft’s wine club discount of 15% off wine purchases throughout the weekend.
Have lunch at Folktable Restaurant on-site at Cornerstone on Friday and show your race bib to get a free cocktail with the purchase of a meal.
*Participants must pick-up their own bib at the Friday packet pick-up. You may not pick up bibs for others during this time.
In order to expedite the pick-up of your race bib, please bring your ID and bib# confirmation email. Confirmation emails will be sent the Thursday of race week.
If you are unable to attend the Race Expo*, you may send a proxy to pick up your race packet on your behalf. You must have signed the event’s digital liability waivers when registering for the event. To verify if you’ve signed your waivers, please visit your ACTIVE MyEvents account and locate your Napa to Sonoma Wine Country Half Marathon entry. If you have not signed your waiver yet, you will see a large red error message that your waivers have not yet been signed.
Please send your proxy with a copy of your driver’s license (digital picture is OK) and your bib# confirmation email to expedite the pick-up process. Confirmation emails will be sent the Thursday of race week. Proxies may only pick-up packets for up to 3 people.
*Participants utilizing the Friday Packet Pick-Up hours may only pick up their race bib during that time. You will not be able to pick up bibs for other participants on Friday.
For half marathon participants, if you are unable to attend the Race Expo you may purchase Race Day Packet Pick-up for $25 and pick up your items on race morning at the start line at Cuvaison Estate Wines.
You can purchase this upgrade during registration. Already registered? Visit your ACTIVE MyEvents account, find your Napa to Sonoma Wine Country Half Marathon entry, click “Purchase merchandise”, and add Race Day Pick-Up to your entry.
While picking up your race packet, Rosé 5K and Half Marathon participants can visit the Race Expo in Sonoma Plaza. Shop the event merchandise store, visit with local vendors, and take advantage of our plentiful photo opportunities. Participants will also have the ability to visit the Race Expo after completing their race!
